Build competence to Mangement Representatives & Functional Heads
Provide written follow-up action plans

Inspectors As Inspector, you will be required to
Visit the clients
Understand quality plans,Standards & customer specific requirements
Understand Controlled shipment requirements
Skilled in using the instrumnets & Measuring equipments
Knowledgeable in sampling techniques
Carryout inspection / Testing of parts, products
Prepare Inspection / Quality Assurance Reports
Interact with Client/ Customer Quality Assurance on Corrective actions

 

Auditors As Auditor, you will be required to
Visit the clients
Understand the requirements of Standards & Specifications
Understand the sector speific requirements, tools, techniques & methodlogy
Understand Customer specific requirements
Understand the client's Policy, Procedures
Understand applicable legal & Regulatory Requirements
Carryout skillful Audits, Verification, Interviews to identify deviations, non conformities, opprtunity for improvement
Prepare clear and precise audit Reports
Interact with Client/ Customer Management on Corrective actions
Share knowledge on best practices
In one or more of these areas:
Quality, Quality Cost, Productivity, Quality Management
Environmental Management & compliance
Occupasional Health & Safety Management & Compliance
Socail Accountability & Labour practices
Supply Chain Management

Assurance Practitioner As Assurance Practitioner, you will be required to
Visit the clients
Understand the sustainability requirements as per
the reporting framework
OE or other Supply chain code of conduct
Ability to conduct stake holder engagement
Guide client in the Materiality assessment
Familiarity & ability to verify the performance data
Guide in the preparation of reports and disclosure management
Interact with CEO, CS, CFO, CSO, and other board members to appraise the report / risk
Provide necessary training for capacity building for sustainability
Must be familiar with one or more of these areas:
Quality economics, Financial performance
Environmental performance assessment & compliance verification
Occupasional Health & Safety performance assessment & compliance verification
Socail Accountability & Labour practices performance assessment & compliance verification
Supply Chain performance assessment & compliance verification
Risk Management

Content Developer

Content Developers are knowledge content developers or presentation content developers:-

  1. Knowledge content developers are those who have  knowledge  of a domain, system, tools & techniques, and share it in hard, soft or other forms to enable provide a knowledge content to E-Qual's clients for trining or other purpose
  2. Presentation content devlopers are those who have the skill set to  create documents or slide presentation in powerpoint  slides, word / excell documents,other slide / document presentation methods or html pages for taining presentation, training material and document creation purposes

Student Intern (Diploma / Graduate / Masters)

Student Intern (Diploma / Graduate / Masters) are those willing to associate to get a practical exposure to various management streams:-

  1. who are enrolled in an educational instituition and or
  2. Just completed studies and not over 28 months from the date of passingout / graduation

Trainer

Trainer are those who have skill sets to:-

Conduct training programs using E-Qual's content in the areas of

  1. Management System
  2. Sector specific standards
  3. Management Tools & Techniques
  4. Auditing criteria and metodlogies
  5. Sustainability concepts
  6. Inspection and validation methods
  7. Asuurance Provision

Consultant

Consultants are those E-Qual Associates who have the requisite:-

  1. Knowledge
  2. Experience
  3. Credentials

to provide system solutions to E-Qual's clients in the areas of:-

  1. Management System Standards
  2. Obtaining stamping / approval / certifications
  3. Regulatory requirements
  4. Customer specific requirements
  5. Special process standards
  6. Stakeholder engagement methods
  7. Survey methodology
  8. Policy, Objective and Work management

 

Inspector

Inspectors are those E-Qual associates who are :-

  1. Familiar to Quality Standards
  2. Product standards
  3. Process standards

and provide inspection status reports

Auditor

Auditors are those who conduct audit and provide conformance status report to a standard, specification, or a checklist

E-Qual auditors conduct audits on behalf of :-

  1. Organization
  2. Stakeholders

Audits are done for conformance to :-

  1. Systems
  2. Process
  3. Product
  4. Performance

Assurance Practitioner

Assurance Practiotioners are those who assure stakeholder by validating data of:-
