ISO Guide 83 - Significant guideline that changes ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 significantly

There are significant changes taking place within the management system standards.  ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 AND ISO 45001 are being revised to meet the requirements of the high level structure as specified by ISO Guide 83.

 

ISO Guide 83 - this document provides guidance to the committees responsible for developing new management system standards. So for most people will not see the document.  E-Qual  can provide an insight into this document

 

ISO 14001 is at Committee Draft 2 stage (mid 2014)

 

ISO 45001 will become the health & safety management system standard - expected date is 2016. Already there is a great deal of interest in its development and we predict it will gain huge level of acceptance across the world.
