E-Qual RPD - Robust Process Development

RPD - Robust process development is not a new concept, but an un-integrated concept.

Process development has always leaned on technical requirements and rarely depended on systems; Highly complex organizations that are tuned to reliability engineering have put in place systems for robust process development

Tools such as APQP, VDA 6.1 or Risk based process development have defined the elements that makeup for a robust process development. Here again, the experience of practitioners reveals gaps in such a system, due to unintended over emphasis on audits and documentation.

E-Qual RPD aims at taking the organizations on the very path that the organizations travelled to reach where they are today, by re laying the path. E-Qual RPD aggregates the systems, tools and techniques appropriate to the sector and aims to help customers put in place a Robust Process Development that aims at defect prevention, waste elimination and reliability improvement
