E-Qual SSD - Sustainable System Development

Sustainability or its weakness can be discovered when stake holders demand an organization demonstrate their interest is taken care of, or it can be planned well in advance as part of organization's precautionary approach. We believe, the later has an advantage risk protection and cost savings in implementation. By proactive planning of stake holder inclusiveness, the management systems of an organization can be made to return to the stakeholders, the performance information they are looking for, and their concerns on sustainability is comprehensively addressed.

E-Qual SSD is our service product, that provides an integrated approach in creating a system, based on the materials of relevance to stake holders. It is based on  7 core subjects as described in ISO 26000 standard. The materiality of applicable economic, environment and social aspects uses Enterprise Risk Management  ISO 31000 standards as a tool. Our initial assesment can provide an accurate determination of enterprise risk aspects. This along with the gap analysis can identify aspects that have high risk as well as those which are material to  stakeholders .

E-Qual SSD uses comprehensive approach, the process will identify appropriate elements of management systems out of applicable generic, sector specific and stake holder specific standards to develop a management system and performace dash board, using global principles of sustainability. 

The outcome of the exercise creates a networked reporting system, aligning sustainability goals with operational goals, with least enterprise risk.
