Competency (often used interchangeably with skill) can be defined as a standardized requirement for an individual to perform a specific job properly.

Competency maps are comprehensive groupings of competencies that identify the specific skills, knowledge, abilities, and behaviours required to operate  a specific trade, profession, or job position efficiently & effectively.

What is Competency Mapping?

Competency mapping is a process of identifying key competencies for a particular position in an organization. It is then used for
